RCMP investigating racial slur

ATLANTIC BRIEFS DESK Police are investigating a racial slur that was written on a monument in Windsor. RCMP responded to the report of vandalism at the memorial on 10 King St. just after 11 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 11. Police believe the incident is hate-motivated.
