Conditional discharge for sexual assault

Druva Kumar Moola,

22, of Banff, Alberta, has been handed a conditional discharge with probation for committing a sexual assault.

Moola changed his plea to guilty on Oct. 27, 2021, and the matter was adjourned for sentencing. On May 9, Judge Christopher Manning handed Moola a conditional discharge with 24 months of probation.

Moola committed the offence in Wolfville on Oct. 13, 2018.
