The Acadie-Bathurst

Titan traded Enfield native Liam Kidney to the Drummondville Voltigeurs for a 2023 seventhround pick on Nov. 25.

This will be the third Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) team for the 20-year-old forward, who started his career with the Cape Breton Eagles but was dealt to the Titan in August for a 2023 fifth-round pick. Kidney appeared in 10 games for the Titan, where he was teammates with younger brother Riley. Liam had four goals during his time in Bathurst.

The six-foot, 185pound Kidney had 62 points in 139 games for the Eagles, who drafted him in the 11th round in 2017. He has committed to the Acadia Axemen for the 2022-23 Atlantic University Sport hockey season.
