TRURO – A Lower Onslow man was recently fined $2,000 in provincial court after pleading guilty to refusing the breathalyzer. Chayce Macinnes, 28, also lost his driving privileges for one year. Zachery Kellock, 21, of Landsdoon Place, Truro was fined $1,000 after he pleaded guilty to failing the breathalyzer. He also lost his driving privileges for 12 months. A Murray Siding man who pleading guilty to failing the breathalyzer last April was fined $2,000. Nicholas Murray, 38, of Salmon River Road, had his driving privileges revoked foe 12 months. A Truro man who pleaded guilty to failing the breathalyzer after being charged last March in Nuttby was fined $1,000. George Stanley Flemming, 75, of Queen Street also lost his driving privileges for one year. Jordan Davies, 23, of Truro Road, North River was fined $2,500 after pleading guilty to failing the breathalyzer. His driving privileges were also revoked for one year.
