Truro man fined for failing breathalyzer

TRURO, NS – A Truro man was recently given a penalty of $1,300 after pleading guilty in provincial court to failing the breathalyzer.

Keith Joseph Lapierre, 68, of Teakwood Court also lost his driving privileges for one year.
