ANDERSON, William “Bill” Keith

February 11, 1952 – March 17, 2023. Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital at the age of 71. Predeceased by his parents, Fred and Diana; brother, Fred and sister-in-law, Liz. Left with a lifetime of fond and loving memories his children, Keith (Amy), Joey, and Beth and their mother, Mary; brothers, Richard (Winnie) and daughter Janet, Tim (Dianne) and their children, Ken and Ian, Tom (Liz) and their children, Thomas, Jonathan, and Jessica; sister-in-law, Judy and her children, Sue and Mike. Bill will also be remembered by a large circle of extended family and friends. Bill was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and hiking. Bill’s favourite sports were hockey and golf, and he was a skilled scuba diver. Bill treasured walks with his dog, Shiva. Many memories of family camping trips will be cherished. The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the nurses, doctors, and staff of the ICUS at the Health Sciences Centre and St. Clare’s for their excellent care of Bill and compassion shown toward the family. The family will receive visitors at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Monday, March 20th and Tuesday, March 21st from 3-7 p.m. Funeral service will be held from the Anglican Cathedral of St. John the Baptist on Wednesday, March 22nd at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in the Anglican Cemetery on Kenmount Road.
