7 DAY FORECAST, ST. JOHN’S

It’s a cloudy and cool day in St. John’s but certainly nothing like what we experienced over the weekend. There’s also a system that requires our attention Wednesday that looks set to bring some snow to the metro region. There remains some model uncertainty with guidance ranging from five to 10 cm, with others showing potentially 10 to 15 cm. I’ll be watching that closely. We’ll then see some lingering flurries into Thursday with some sunshine on Friday, but then the weekend turns unsettled with snow changing to rain on Saturday and possibly back over to some snow on Sunday. The unsettled pattern means temperatures will continue their rollercoaster ride, swinging above and below the freezing mark.
