In the Saturday, Nov. 26, print edition of The Telegram, the Page 2 turn of a Page 1 story under the headline “Marking the evaluation,” due to an editing error, Education Minister John Haggie was incorrectly attributed in this sentence: But over the past two academic years, as government mandates put in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic cancelled public exams, the teachers Haggie has spoken with, particularly in science, say their classes have become more about exploration and discovery, rather than memorization. It should have been attributed to Andrew Coombs. The Telegram regrets the error.
