The downtown St. John’s pedestrian mall has opened for the 2022 summer tourism season. A patio covering was recently installed outside the Rose & Thistle Pub/grapevine bars on Water Street. The downtown pedestrian mall will be open until after the Labour Day long weekend in September. Duckworth Street is not part of the pedestrian mall this summer.
