February 13, 1945 - May 26, 2022. Passed peacefully away at Pleasant View Towers on Thursday, May 26th, 2022, age 77 years. Rita was a long time employee of Bowring’s and Sears, retiring in 2004. She is predeceased

by her parents George and Mary (nee Johnson) Warford; siblings George (Isabel), Cecil (Patricia) and Elizabeth (James) Aspell. Leaving to mourn with many

fond and loving memories her son Edward (Colleen), grandchildren Kathryn and John; sister Mary (Cyril); brothers: John (Doreen),

David (Irene) and William (Linda), along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will take place at Caul’s Funeral Home Lemarchant Road on Monday, May 30th from 1:00-4:00pm and 7:009:00pm. There will be a service on Tuesday, May 31st at 2:00pm in the Caul’s Chapel with inurnnment to follow at

Holy Seplulcher Cemetery, Topsail Road. Rita’s family would like to give special thanks to the staff of Pleasant View Towers, St. Patrick’s Nursing Home and the Provincial Home Dementia Program for their care and compassion for her in her final years. Donations
