LEONARD, Ellen "Nellie"

Passed peacefully away at home surrounded by her loving family, on May 24, 2022 at the age 82. Predeceased by her parents Patrick and Mary Hann, brothers Raymond and Patrick, first husband, James A. Flynn Sr., son, James A. Flynn Jr., son-inlaw, Robbie Collins. Mourning her loss while celebrating her life is her husband and best friend of 50 years, Joe Leonard, her loving children Tony (Denise), Kathleen (Laurie), Mary, Paddy, Jenny (Duane), Helen (Ray), and Gerald (Kim). Left with cherished memories are her 11 grandchildren, Laurie Shannon, Christopher, Genny & Matthew, Joseph, Jessie & Jimmy, Riley, Mackenzie & John, and Cole and her 7 great grandchildren. Also mourning her loss are her sisters Mary & Cathy, her sisters-in-law, Theresa, Anita, Donna, Mary, Isabel and brother-in-law, Leo and a

large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Rob Power, Jane Marshall and Shellie Brewer for all of their kindness and care. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Maher's Funeral Home, Placentia with a Celebration of Life on Friday, May 27 at Sacred Heart Church, Placentia, and interment at Dermot Mcgettigan Memorial Cemetery, Southeast Placentia.
