Two-time world champion Elvis impersonator returning to St. John’s on Aug. 14

Two-time world champion Elvis impersonator Thane Dunn will return to St. John’s with a Elvis Summer Festival on Aug. 14.

In a news release, Dunn said he is returning with the biggest and best Elvis impersonators show yet, performing all the classic Elvis rock, country and gospel hits, after a three-year hiatus due to COVID-19.

Dunn has spent most of the pandemic entertaining soldout crowds in Arizona and said he is excited to return to Newfoundland and Labrador, where everyone has become like a family.

The Elvis impersonator will be backed by a band of the province’s finest musicians, with David Fitz of Fables Fame leading the way.
