BURTON, Vincent Joseph Patrick (Aloysius)

February 15, 1946 – October 21, 2021. It is with profound sadness we announce

the passing of a much loved

husband, father, father-in-law, poppy, brother and brother-in-law

Vince Burton after a five month battle with cancer. Predeceased by his parents Vincent and Margaret; sister Cynthia (August 2021), bothers Kevin & Paul; Parents-inlaw Patrick and Catherine Farrell, and brother-in-law Paddy. Leaving to mourn loving wife, Pat; son Vince (V.J.) (Nancy, Joey and Maggie); daughter Michelle (Crotty) (Chris, Lawson and Spencer); brothers Martin (Pat), Donald, Wayne, Edward (Rusty) Brendan; sisters Anita (George), Catherine (Clar), Janet (Gary), Sheila (Rick), Gloria (Leroy); brothers-in-law Andrew (Lorraine), Gerard (Angie), Nick (Diane), Greg, Neil (Nancy), Jason (Tammy); sisters-in-law Geraldine, Agnes (Don), Karen (Wayne), Carmel (Tony), Joanne (Bill), Jennifer (Marvin), Jackie (Paul), Mary (Dean); as well as many nieces and nephews, other relatives and many special friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 24, from 12 noon to 8:00 pm at Carnell’s Funeral

Home, 1045 Topsail Road. The Funeral Service will be held at Holy Family on Monday, October 25, 2021 at 10:00 am. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, attendance at the Funeral will be by invitation only. Please note that vaccines will be required to attend the visitation and service. No flowers by request. Donations, in his memory, are gratefully accepted for
