Cavendish Beach Music Festival announces Songwriters’ Circle

CAVENDISH, P.E.I. – Cavendish Beach Music Festival has announced the lineup for the emerging artists Songwriters’ Circle, July 6-8.

Hosted by Jason Benoit, Music N.L.'s Indigenous artist of the year, the shows begin at 5 p.m. each day.

“The Songwriters Circle is always one of my favourite sets every year,” Ben Murphy, CEO of Whitecap Entertainment. “Storytelling is the focal point of country music, and we are thrilled to have an offering in our festival that showcases and honours that craftsmanship.”

Events begin July 6, with CCMA Award-winner Eric Ethridge, Brittany Kennell from NBC's The Voice and P.E.I. native Noah Malcolm.

On July 7, shows continue with performances by Nashville's Peytan Porter, CMAO rising star nominee Alli Walker and Nova Scotia's Isabella Samson.

The weekend will round out on July 8, with Ashland Craft, CJ Solar, Teigen Gayse, George Birge and local artist Joce Reyome.

Ticket holders to this year’s festival will get three nights of live entertainment, including headlining performances by Kane Brown, Jake Owen and Chris Stapleton.
