Overnight thefts from cars
HUNTER RIVER, P.E.I. – Police are advising the public to keep their vehicle doors locked after receiving a series of complaints about thefts from cars in the Hunter River area.
Queens District RCMP said six complaints were received in the Hunter River and Wheatley River area.
Mounties noted that items are being stolen from cars during overnight hours.
Police also said to keep car doors locked during the night and not to keep valuables in the car.
