Know ER at KCMH closing early

Health P.E.I. advises that the Emergency Department at Kings County Memorial Hospital in Montague will close early at 1 p.m. on May 30 due to lack of staffing. It will be open for regular hours May 31, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Anyone with emergency medical needs should call 911. People with health concerns or who need immediate health information can also call 811 to speak to an experienced registered nurse on the best course of action.
