LUNDRIGAN, Clyde “Scott”

The death occurred peacefully at his late residence surrounded by his loving family on Saturday Oct 1, 2022, of Clyde “Scott” Lundrigan aged 63 years. Scott was born in Halifax, N.S., to his late parents, Clyde and Katherine (Myers) Lundrigan. Beloved husband of Wendy and loving father of Kris, Marc (Josee) Kim (Patrick) Carter. Also, lovingly remembered by four grandchildren, Ian, Eli, Adeline and Bridget, and several nieces and nephews. Survived by the following brothers, Darrell (Heidi), Danny (Anne), Randy (Kim). Predeceased by Steven (infancy). Scott served 38 years between RCMP and Halifax PD as an outstanding officer, leader and ERT member, retiring from the RCMP as a Corporal. Scott volunteered his time with the 53rd Air Cadet squadron and coached

their marksmanship team, which he took great pride in. After retiring from the RCMP, Scott spent a short time as the Coordinator for

PEI Crime Stoppers, but his love of teaching and mentoring others, led him to the Atlantic Police Academy where he took a position as Inspector and Regimental Sergeant Major, taking special focus with the Sheriff’s program. In his free time Scott enjoyed spending time with his wife,

children, and beloved grandchildren. He loved running his car detailing business Summerside Auto Detailing, woodworking and doing home renovations. In the summer he enjoyed camping. Scott’s dedication to service and helpfulness left a big impact on the community he loved. Resting in East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside. There will be no wake or service at personal request. A

Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be

made through the Holland College Foundation to the Scott Lundrigan Fund at the Atlantic Police Academy
