Madison Violet to perform two P.E.I. shows

MONTAGUE, P.E.I. – Juno nominee Madison Violet is heading to P.E.I. for two shows following the release of the duo's 11th studio album.

Made up of Lisa Macisaac and Brenley Maceachern, Madison Violet is heading to Montague’s Copper Bottom Brewing on Aug. 11 at 7 p.m. and the Under the Spire Music Festival in Kensington on Aug. 12 at 7:30 p.m.

The shows are a celebration of Madison Violet's new studio album.

Performing for over two decades, the Madison Violet is widely recognized for storytelling and skills on multiple instruments.

Macisaac and Maceachern brought home a Canadian Folk Music Award for best vocal group album of the year and earned a Juno Award nomination for roots and traditional album of the year.

Madison Violet has also reached the Top 5 on the Canadian itunes download charts, gained more than a million streams on Spotify and placed in CBC’S Top 20 multiple times.
