MUSIC TO OUR EARS

It is certainly wonderful to see electric school buses travelling on our streets and roads.

No emissions and virtually no noise. So little noise, in fact, they play exterior music when they are travelling below 30 km per hour. Great idea for safety reasons.

Buses, by virtue of their sheer size (two more tires on the road, etc.) are much noisier than cars, SUVs and small trucks. It follows logically that these smaller electric vehicles, when their speed falls below a certain level, will be required to play exterior music as well. Safety first, always!

Can this music be changed to reflect the season? Christmas music for the holidays, Irish music for St. Patrick's Day, etc. Isn't it exciting?
