THERAPEUTIC COURT PROGRESS

• In June, The Guardian asked to interview Justice Minister Bloyce Thompson about what is happening with a therapeutic court in P.E.I.

• A spokeswoman said senior staff in the Justice and Public Safety Department were “actively working on” a specialized courts initiative. • She said that once the government is further along with it, an interview with Thompson could be arranged.
