Notice to Parrsboro Residents RE: Leaf & Yard Waste

Leaves and yard waste will be accepted at a designated location at the former Swan Creek Road Landfill between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on Friday, May 27th, and Saturday, May 28th, 2022.

Materials can be either loose or bagged, however, bags must be emptied on site. Other garbage or materials are strictly prohibited. Residents are responsible for the transportation and disposal of their yard waste and the removal of any prohibited materials they may deposit. An attendant will be on duty to give directions to the proper disposal site and to ensure compliance with these guidelines.
