FREEDMAN, Eric MD

March 12, 1958-September 25, 2022. With the news that Eric died last weekend, while hiking in Yosemite National Park, a place he knew well and loved, we have been mourning the loss of a role model, friend and confidant. Eric completed his Urology residency at Dalhousie, and served his community as a Urologist in Victoria, B.C., and then in Fredonia, N.Y., and most recently at Advanced Urology for 15 years in Sonora, and for two and a half years in Folsom, Calif. Although his life ended before we were ready, the time that he spent in our lives was memorable and full of joy. Eric is survived by his loving wife, Nancy (Kehoe) originally of Halifax; and his beloved children, Sarah and Josh; as well he is survived by his siblings, Beverly Freedman, Paul Freedman and Jack Arbess.
