Freeman,takacs named AUS athletes of week

Erin Freeman (Cape Breton Capers) and Grant Takacs (UNB) were named the Subway Atlantic University Sport athletes of the week.

Freeman helped the CBU women's soccer team to a pair of road wins. She scored twice in 4-0 win over the Moncton Aigles Bleues and was a key player in a 5-0 victory over UNB.

Takacs scored twice as the Reds downed U Sports men's No. 1 Capers 4-2 on Saturday.
