WITHERS, Kenneth "Wizzy"

January 27, 1956 - May 24, 2023. On May 24th, Ken "Wizzy" passed away suddenly at home. He is survived by his sister, Joan Rodgerson of Dartmouth. Ken was predeceased by his parents, Edward and Monica Withers; and his brother-in-law, Willy Rodgerson. Ken worked at Coca-cola for over 43 years and started his career as a driver and finished in the warehouse as a lead hand. Ken was also involved with the Union as a trustee for over 20 years, UFCW Local 361W. Ken was well-liked by everyone, his kind heart and quick laugh will be missed. He loved to travel to the NASCAR races, golf trips, slow pitch baseball tournaments and down South. He was an avid reader, a great dart player, was a good cook and loved to entertain his close friends and family. Please join Joan at the Celebration of Life to be held on Thursday, June 1st at 6:308:30 p.m. in the Golden Age Social Centre located at 212 Herring Cove Rd., Spryfield.
