MacDONALD, Burton Laurie

Age 85, son of Ray and Thelma (Sollows) Macdonald passed away May 24, 2023. He was employed as a Radiographer at Yarmouth Regional Hospital for 33 years. Upon his retirement he became a “gentleman farmer” raising cattle and vegetables. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Florence (Penchard); grandchildren, Chad, Kyle and Haley; greatgrandson, Ethan. He was predeceased by sons, Blair and Darren; brothers, Harold, Owen; sister, Florence Smith. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. There will be no visitation or funeral at Burton's request. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
