CARR (Clements), Doris Jean

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Doris Jean Carr (Clements) on November 27, 2021 in Hospice Halifax with her loving family by her side. Born in Halifax she was a daughter of the late Walter and Rose Clements. Surviving are her daughters, Linda (Jim), Barbara and Donna; grandchildren, Tanya, Jimmy, Scott (Danielle), Sara (Alex); great-grandchildren, Hayley, April, Mya and Ben; sister, Marlene (Peter); stepbrother, Joey; brother-inlaw, Ron; sisters-in-law, Gwen and Jeannie; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Archie; sisters, Big Shirley, Joyce May and Little Shirley; brothers, Bobby, Sonny (Gladys) and Doug; son-in-law, Barry and stepbrother, Eddie. Cremation has taken place under the care of J.A. Snow Funeral Home. A private family service will take place in Sunrise Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Hospice Halifax. Mom loved to read, knit, play on the computer and do Lexicon puzzles. Family was everything to her.
