rcs construction has diversified significantly over the last 25 years

West Coast Medical Centre (APEX)

This 46,744 sq. ft. institutional project by rcs construction included the base-build of a professional centre/office building, which consists of a four-story steel structure over a single level of underground parking. The project also included landscaping and finishes. Occupancy will include mixed commercial/retail on the first floor and professional medical services on the second, third and fourth floors.

SOPREMA Canada

This 25,000 sq. ft. industrial design-build project by rcs construction includes more than 17,000 square feet of warehouse space. “From design, bidding and throughout all of the project and with all of your staff, it’s been an extremely pleasant and professional experience where we always felt that rcs had Soprema’s best interests in mind,” says SOPREMA Canada’s Atlantic Provinces Director, Daniel Robichaud. “It was great to work with a team that has the same culture, integrity and customer service values as we feel we have at SOPREMA.”

Volkswagen dealership

Located on Kempt Road in Halifax, rcs construction completed the base-build for the new location of the Volkswagen dealership — clocking it at 57,851 square feet. One year later, rcs was tapped to Renovate and expand the existing Nissan car dealership. The new 27,680 sq. ft. facility includes completely updated showrooms for both Infiniti and Nissan, service bays and sales offices.

Élan Luxury Apartments

This project was a 19,000 sq. ft. multi-residential build with 60 units and constructed in Dieppe, New Brunswick. Each unit features high-end finishes, granite countertops, floor finishes and large windows, which give spectacular views of the golf course and Dieppe’s upscale Fox Creek neighbourhood.
