MASEY, Paul Bradley

March 13, 1964 - May 1, 2021. Age 57, of Timberlea, spent his last days with his daughters, sister and wife and passed away peacefully with his wife, Lynn, by his side in the ER, QEII Health Sciences Centre. Paul was predeceased by his parents, Bill and Neatha (Legge) Masey; father-inlaw, Bob (of Ottawa); and mother-in-law, Anne (of Halifax). He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Lynn, Timberlea; daughters, Kristina (Michael), Middle Sackville; Courtney (Zachary) and granddaughter Emma, Middle Sackville; sister, Heather (Bruce), East Pennant; brother-in-law, Shawn, Bridgewater; sister-in-law, Claire, Halifax; and his nieces/nephews. We are so sad he will not get to meet his grandson due in September. Paul loved his furbabies Meeka and Ginny who will miss him a lot and our late, sweet Buddy who will be waiting for him, looking for treats. Dexter, Radar and all of the cats will miss his love towards them too. Paul’s proudest moments in life were the birth of his two daughters, Kristina and Courtney, who he was so proud of. Paul was a devoted husband and dad. Paul was a hard worker, working with his dad at Garden Electric. He later worked for over 30 years in telecommunications. Paul loved coaching soccer, not only his girls, everyone he was lucky to coach, gaining many friends along the way. It truly meant the world to him. Paul will be missed by his devoted sister, Heather, who was always there for him. He cherished all of his time spent with her. Taken far too soon, we will remember the wonderful son, brother, dad, poppy and husband he was and all the happy memories we shared. We would like to thank Dr. Scovil and Marg, his specialists and all those that helped along the way. Paul is finally at peace and with his dad and mom and the rest of our angels who are watching over us. Donations can be made to Mental Health and Addictions or a charity of your choice. Due to COVID19 restrictions, funeral arrangements will be made at a later date. To read the full obituary and to leave an online condolence, please visit: www.jasnowfuneralhome.com
