Sponsorship opportunities

There are several ways to assist the Central Northeast Health Foundation throughout its Golf For Health charity tournament:

• Corporate sponsorship

($2,500): Includes team registration (four people), two complimentary golf carts plus much more.

• Team sponsorship ($1,000): Register your team of four.

• Tee or hole sponsorship ($250 per hole or tee): Flags are placed on each of the 18 holes.

• Donations of cash or prizes: Cash or prize donations help keep overall costs at a minimum. All items are greatly appreciated whether they are draw prizes or items to include in the participant goodie bags.
