Richmond man sentenced for failing to comply

SUMMERSIDE – Joseph Regis Arsenault, 45, of Richmond has pleaded guilty to one count of failing to provide a sample of his breath when prompted by a peace officer and one count of operating a vehicle while disqualified from doing so. Arsenault was sentenced to serve 90 days in jail, which he received permission to do so intermittently. He must also remain on probation for 36 months, pay a $200 victim surcharge and his prohibited from driving for three years.
