Joseph given suspended sentence

SUMMERSIDE – Keith Edward Joseph, 38, of Lennox Island, has pleaded guilty to one count of failing to attend court as required by a judge and one count of breaching his probation.

The charges are dated between July and October 2020 in Summerside.

Joseph received a suspended sentence, must serve 24 months of probation, pay a fine of $200 and pay $160 in victim surcharges.
