Gerard Gallant

Assistant coach with Team Canada at the 2007 and 2017 world championships, where he took home gold and silver medals, respectively.

Assistant coach for Team North America at the 2016 World Cup of Hockey. Nearly two decades of coaching experience in the NHL, including head-coaching stints with the Columbus Blue Jackets (2004-06), Florida Panthers (2014-17) and Vegas Golden Knights (2017-20).

Gallant also enjoyed three successful seasons as head coach of the Saint John Sea Dogs in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. He won back-to-back league titles in 2011 and 2012 and the 2011 Memorial Cup. After retiring as a player, Gallant began his coaching career with the Summerside D. Alex MacDonald Ford Western Capitals of the Maritime Junior Hockey League during the 1995-96 season.

Mike Kelly

Coached Team Canada to a gold medal at the 2003 IIHF world under-18 championship.

Assistant coach for Team Canada at the world juniors in 2000, 2001 and 2002. Assistant coach in the NHL under Gallant with Florida and Vegas.

Spent four years with the Sea Dogs, including two as head coach and general manager (2012-14) and two as Gallant’s associate coach (2010-12).

Assistant coach with the Vancouver Canucks for three seasons (2006-08). Assistant coach with the American Hockey League’s Manitoba Moose for the 2005-06 season.

Head coach of the Windsor, North Bay and Brandon teams at the major-junior level.
