Blue Jays cruise to Little League win

GLACE BAY — The Cameron’s Building Supplies Blue Jays defeated the Glace Bay Fire Department Cardinals 13-3 in Glace Bay Little League Major ‘A’ Division action at Cameron Bowl on Wednesday.

Ryan White had a home run along with a triple and two singles, while Joshua MacDonald recorded four singles, and Bronson MacLean chipped in with a single for the Blue Jays.

Blake Graham had two doubles, while Jordan O’Neil posted two singles, and Luke MacNeil added a single for the Cardinals.

White picked up the win on the mound with 11 strikeouts. Landon Pickup was tagged with the loss.
