SYDNEY — A second of three accused charged with drug offences has been released on conditions.

Courtney Reid-Boone, 24, of Sydney, is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking in cocaine, possession for the purpose of trafficking in hydromorphone and possession of money obtained by crime. She also faces an additional charge of trafficking in cocaine along with three breaches of court orders.

The offences are alleged to have occurred June 6 in Sydney.

Among the conditions of her release, Reid-Boone is to reside in Huntington and is to refrain from alcohol and drugs not prescribed to her. She is to report once a week to police and is not to be in the front seat of any vehicle.

She is now scheduled to enter pleas July 20.

At the time of her arrest, Reid-Boone was serving a 24month probation period on unrelated offences.

Another accused was released previously and is to enter pleas in July while the third accused remains on remand. leged to have occurred March 15 in Glace Bay.

The pair are now scheduled to stand trial Feb. 15, 2023.
