We, the family of the late Eunice Kathleen Sutherland, who passed away one year ago on May 8, 2020, wish to express our sincere thanks to all who comforted us during this sad and difficult time. To the special nurses and caregivers at Macgillivray Guest Home, Dr. Archibald and the Palliative Care Outreach team, thank you for your kindness and tender care of our sweet mom. To Kollin Weatherbee and staff of Sydney Memorial Chapel thank you for your professional and compassionate direction, along with Norma Mills, DLM and Jill Cloud, organist and soloist. To youngest son, John for the Eulogy and granddaughter, Kate for the Words of Remembrance, thank you both. We so appreciated all the cards, phone calls, e-mails, memorial donations and gifts of food during our time of bereavement. To the community of Gabarus, thank you so much for the “Honour Guard”, it brought tears to our eyes. The gesture was so heartfelt and truly meant the world to us. We are sure Mom could feel the love too.
