Plea date assigned

SYDNEY — A plea date has been assigned for a New Waterford man whose charges include two counts of impaired driving.

Marshall James Woodland, 45, of Ripley Street is also charged with four counts of breaching courts (failing to attend court) and single count of theft.

The offences are alleged to have occurred between February 2018 and October 2020 in Sydney and New Waterford.

Woodland, who continues his release on conditions, is now scheduled to enter pleas June 24.
