Joe DiPenta ~ Hockey

DiPenta played more than 600 games of professional hockey and is among a select group of players to have won the Stanley Cup and the Calder Cup. The dependable defenceman from Cole Harbour played 174 regular-season games in the NHL and helped the Anaheim Ducks to a Stanley Cup in 2007. DiPenta played two seasons at Boston University before skating with the hometown Halifax Mooseheads of the QMJHL in 1999-2000.
