Atlantic Canada's chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) has launched a pro bono coaching initiative for non-profit organizations.
In a recent news release, ICF president Susan Power said the coaching can help non-profits find new and unexplored paths to productivity and leadership. Professional coaches help clients develop skills and creative solutions to be more efficient and improve productivity.
Power said the initiative hopes to help the givers of Atlantic Canadian communities.
“Providing pro bono coaching to a community of givers seems congruent with ICF'S vision and mission,” Power added.
